THE AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH YOU MAY UTILIZE THE VARIOUS FEATURES OF THE VIRGIN MONEY ONLINE SERVICE, AS MORE FULLY EXPLAINED BELOW. BY CLICKING THE "I AGREE" BUTTON BELOW, YOU CONSENT TO RECEIVE INFORMATION ELECTRONICALLY AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE TO YOU BY NON-ELECTRONIC MEANS.
Scope of Agreement
Virgin Money Online is the online service provided by Citigroup Pty Ltd ("Service", "We", "Us"), the issuer of the Virgin Money credit cards and Virgin Saver. Virgin Money Online helps you manage your finances by bringing you current financial information and offers, giving you access to your Virgin Money credit card accounts and your Virgin Saver accounts, and providing free online account aggregation via the Service
The Service:
Virgin Money Online provides different types of services to different people, depending on the nature of their relationship with the Service and Virgin Money, as follows:
Virgin Money Online Registrant - A person, who selects a User ID and Password, registers at cardservicesdirect.com.au. A registrant may take advantage of the information and financial tools that are available on this web site. You may also subscribe to receive personalized messages periodically from Virgin Money with information and offers from Virgin Money and other Virgin businesses. You may elect to discontinue receiving such materials at any time.
Virgin Money Client - After you have registered for the Service and accepted these terms you can view all relevant products on your 'Home' view on Virgin Money Online. A Virgin Money Online User ID and Password provides an extra layer of online security for Virgin Money consumers who bank online through Virgin Money Online (my.virginmoney.com.au).

All content provided on this web site is for information purposes only and are not intended to provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, nor are they intended to indicate the availability or applicability of any Virgin Money company, product or service to your unique circumstances. Service Limitations:
We will try very hard to make your experience with us a productive one. However, because of the nature of communication over the internet, we cannot always foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties. These difficulties may result in loss of data, personalization settings or other service interruptions. You agree that we are not responsible for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user data, communications or personalization settings.
Service Changes and Discontinuation; Waiver of Liability:
We reserve the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time without notice. In order to maintain the security and integrity of the Service we may also suspend your access to the Service at any time without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.
Miscellaneous:
This agreement is personal to you and you may not assign it to anyone. All notices to you shall be in writing via e-mail at the address you have provided us. If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, then such provision shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. If you have a Virgin Saver account you will also be subject to Virgin Savings Terms and Conditions, and the Virgin Money Online Banking User Agreement.
Electronic Consent and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
In order to enrol to use the Service, you must consent to receive and accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any amendments to it, electronically. In the event any change to this Agreement requires prior notice to you, we will notify you by e-mail, at the public e-mail address you have provided, of the new or different terms and conditions or will provide you with a link within such e-mail where you may view the new or different terms and conditions on a web site. Any such notice will be deemed received when made available to you at the address you have provided. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date of such notice, your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes and an agreement to be bound by these terms, as amended. If you do not agree to the changes, you agree to discontinue your use of the Service. You can review the most current version of these terms at any time at virginmoney.com.au.
You may withdraw your consent to receive this information electronically by contacting us by telephone at 13 37 39, however, by doing so you understand that you will terminate your right to use the Service. Withdrawing your consent in this manner will not prevent you from re-enrolling for the Service.
In order to use the Service and to view and retain a copy of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, you understand that you must have a computer equipped with at least: a browser with 128-bit encryption; and either a printer or a disk drive or other electronic storage device. You can also obtain a printed copy of this Agreement by calling 13 37 39.
By clicking on the "I Agree" button below, you: (1) agree you have software and equipment that satisfies the above requirements; (2) agree to receive information about the Service, including the Agreement and any subsequent amendments to it, electronically; and (3) confirm you have received an electronic version of the Agreement and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained therein. Because enrolment for the Service can only occur electronically, you understand that you will be unable to proceed if you do not click on this button. Virgin Money reserves the right to provide information and notices about the Service to you by non-electronic means.
