How do I access my accounts online?


To access your accounts online you'll first need to set up your Virgin Money Online User ID and Password.

    - If you have a Virgin Money credit card, you can use its details to register (card number, expiry date and CCV number).

    - If you have a Virgin Online Saver account, you should've received your Internet Access Number via SMS when your account was opened. If you don't have your IAN, you'll need to give us a call on 13 37 39 and we'll send a new one out to you.


How do I request a User ID Reminder?


You will need to have your credit card details (card number, expiry date and CCV number) or your Internet Access Number and associated account number ready as well as your mobile phone handy, so we can identify you with an One Time Pin and allow you to retrieve your User ID.


How do I reset my password?


You will need to have your User ID, credit card details (card number, expiry date and CCV number) or your Internet Access Number and associated account number ready as well as your mobile phone handy so we can identify you with a One Time PIN and allow you to reset your Password.
